Director of Continence Services, Cardiff and Vale University Health Board. Vice Chair of the Unplanned Admissions Consensus Committee.

Ann qualified as an RGN in 1989 and has been in her current role as the Director of Continence for C&V UHB for over 15 years. She leads an integrated continence service that has been highlighted as one of the most innovative in Wales and has won and been shortlisted for numerous awards locally and nationally.

Previously Chaired the Association for Continence Advice (Wales) and elected to their National Executive for 6 years and has sat on the Education Committee for 6 years. She now chairs the All Wales Continence Forum which develops national policies / guidelines for Wales and acts as an advisory group to Welsh Government. She has completed two secondments to Welsh Government for continence care and advised on many national guidelines related to continence. She has published numerous articles in national journals relating to continence and presented many of these innovative projects at national conferences. 

Ann is a founding member of the UACC and has been key in driving forward the Committee's work in Wales. She plays an important and active role on the Committee.
