Continence Service Manager, Wokingham Community Hospital. Chair of the Unplanned Admissions Consensus Committee.

Michelle Hunt has been working in the field of continence as a nurse specialist for the best part of 20 years. She is currently the continence service manager within Berkshire Healthcare Foundation Trust and has been in post for 3 years.  

She has a keen interest in ensuring all patients have access to quality continence services and in the past has worked to improve outcomes for patients with MS and continence issues.  

Michelle is passionate about ensuring all the community can access appropriate continence care and to this end have just launched a commissioned paediatric continence service as well as a Berkshire wide continence prescription service.   

Chair of UACC since it was first established in 2015, Michelle has lead several of the Committee's key initiatives, including in meetings with patient groups and the NHS.
